Moe Kasham, Founder/President
Moe was born and raised in Ann Arbor, MI. He founded the company in 2003. He holds a degree in Construction Management from Eastern Michigan University. He has 15 years of experience in the landscaping industry and is proud to be servicing his community. He takes pride in making sure his customers are always satisfied. Moe enjoys camping with his family in his free time and enjoying the outdoors.
Sean Landers, Production Manager
Sean was born and raised in Illinois. He has 30 years in the landscape industry and eight years as an owner operator. He started with the Whitfield County Recreation Department in 1991, where he received his park management certificate with North Carolina State University. Since then Sean has gained valuable experience working in all fields of the industry, as well as taking pride in customer satisfaction.
Rhonda Hardy, Accounting/Customer Service
Originally from Dearborn Heights, Rhonda loves interacting with customers and always takes care to ensure that any concerns are taken care of and customers are happy with their service. Rhonda's responsibilities include Customer Service, Administration, and Accounts Receivable/Payable and Payroll.
Kim Vena, Wholesale/Plant Nursery Manager
Born and raised in Southgate, Kim has over 30 years in the lawn and landscaping industries. Before relocating to Ann Arbor, she owned and operated a lawn and landscape company of her own which gives her unique insight into the needs of her customers and employees. Kim's responsibilities include managing our nursery and supervising crews in the field.
Lynn Lee, Landscape Design/Install Sales
Lynn has been with Superior since 2021. He has extensive knowledge in Landscape Installation as well as the Construction sector. This experience helps in all areas of landscape from drainage, to grading, decks, patios, outdoor kitchens, pergolas, covered porches, just to name a few.
Sayid Ramouni, Commercial Account Manager
Sayid has many years of management experience within the healthcare and construction industry. His experiences have taught him to be meticulous, compassionate, and honest. His hard work and dedication are noticed by everyone that gets the pleasure of working with him. Sayid started working for Superior in June of 2020. He is responsible for ensuring that all commercial projects are completed accurately and in a timely manner, to guarantee customer satisfaction.
Greg Otzman, Commercial Account Manager
Greg has years of experience in the Account Management world. He is always working to ensure the customer is always satisfied. His goal is to ensure the customer satisfaction is always accomplished.
Brian Voelz, Commercial Account Estimator
Brian has been in the landscape industry since 2014 and has been a project manager as well as a project estimator for the majority of those years. Brian's expertise is in commercial new construction installation projects.
